Madia elegans, also known as showy tarweed, has 213145 seeds per pound. The Madia elegans plant is native to western North America from south-central Washington (state) to northern Baja California. It may be found in dry open forest, disturbed areas and grasslands from low to high elevations. 
Seed treatment reccommendations: Plant seeds at the soil surface or plant 1/8" to ¼" in a welldrained soil.
